Hello sir, I got 2937 rank in JEE 2019, i got IHM Gandhinagar in first round, but i want IHM Goa so how can i go for second round?

Hello,
There should be option of locking or upgrading your college in the rounds you participate.
So if you want IHM Goa then you should select the upgrade option or other equivalent option and wait for further rounds.
In the next rounds if you get Goa campus then you have to lock it.
Later you have to verify your documents there.
