Hello Dear Student,

For EAMCET, OC/General category candidates usually need a minimum of 40 marks out of 160 to qualify.

If you scored 38 marks , manual rounding is not done. Your qualification will depend only on:

normalization process, and
final official score calculation.

If normalization increases your marks to 40 or above, then you may qualify. Otherwise, you will not get a qualifying rank under OC category.
