In your category and with your rank (4964), you will get good branch and good NITs, IIITs or CFTIs. There is nothing like best suited college, rather it depends on the choice of your college and the branch of engineering in which you want to make your career in.

You must choose the branch you want to pursue engineering in and the institute of your choice during the choice filling. Select as many branches and as many colleges as you want as there is no limit in choice filling. You will get get a good branch. You can target older NITs - Allahabad, Bhopal, Trichy, Rourkela, etc.
