Hello sir, i got seat in gdlv but i want to cancel my seat. Should we mention that we are cancelling our seat or no need of mentioning?

If you don't select your seat like confirm my joining and don't pay for allotment you seat will be cancelled after 2nd round, so its not compulsory to mention about cancelling seat.
