you can get any IIT by jee advanced and NITs for jee mains score. But, if you have got NIT than it would have been the jee mains score.
After allotment of college for first time, you need to report physically to any reporting centre and chose there freze, slide or float and get documents verified. But, since you are not done that so you are not eligible for further round.
You can go for CSAB counselling for NITs. All the best
