Sir can I choose different option from 1st web counselling to 2nd web counselling.I mean in 1st counselling MBA and in 2nd counselling MCA

If you go for second round counselling than if you get the better seat as per as your choice list than your previous seat will be cancelled and alloted to someone else. But if you are unable to get better seat in second round than your old seat will be with you only.
