No iit jam paper is not available in Hindi. This paper is only available in English. This examination is conducted for admission into various programmes like MSc, joint MSc, PhD etc. You can get admission in iits by this examination

Yes, IIT JAM exam will provide the complete freedom of choosing any of the language. in the question paper, the question is written in English and below it, the question is written in hindi. Same goes for the options.
