CSE is difficult to get into NIT as per your mentioned rank as cutoff goes high for CSE. Also you may have probable chance to get random branch in nit hamirpur .

As per you mentioned your genaral rank 331721 and ST rank 6612 so it is difficult to get any top or average NIT respectively.
