    Yes u can but please concentrate on ur bachelor's degree first then u will have ample of options available infront of u......u might drop the plan of doing IAS but surely go for IAS if u r interested in it, its a very prestigious degree. Best of luck for ur furture, wish u get all ur desired dreams.

    Prepare Kar sakte hoon bt graduation degree is necessary.... Graduation nehein complete karoge to IAS k liye eligible e nehein ho ge
