Kindly mention the name of application form for which you applied.
But if you do not have any identification mark (birthmark, mole or any other scar), it is correct to fill none or leave the option blank. But if you have any identification mark , you should have filled that, it would be considered for further processes such as identification of yours during any emergency situations etc.
