Candidates are advised to select at least 3 exam centres coz out of these three only candidates will be allotted any one of these, preferrably the first one. But, in some cases when there are more candidates appearing in a particular city, candidates are allotted the second or third one. Also, if the number of candidates appearing in particular city is less in number then another selected exam centre will be allotted to the candidate.

I would suggest you to wait till the exam centres list is released. And, don't worry for this, your priority will always be considered.
