Yes sir,
you can upload your category certificate because it is not necessary that you should made category certificate every year.
But, if you changed your category or fll in other ctegory you should made another certificate and upload in upsee counselling
- Category Certificate (if applicable).
- Sub-category Certificate (for candidates belonging to Freedom Fighters/ Armed Forces/ Physically Handicapped Category)
