You're not eligible for 100% fee remission at NIT because your EWS certificate shows 3–4 lakh income (limit is 1 lakh). Since your brother (unmarried) is on the same family ID, his income is counted .

Try getting a new EWS certificate showing only parents’ income

You can still get 2/3 fee waiver (for income < 5 lakh).
