hello sir my friend got neet 134/720 he is asking difference about (oc/ UR) but he is oc he don't about about UR category he is confusing about (oc/ ur)not same or not?

OC is open category and UR is unreserved category which is generaly. Both are synonym. But if you are born in general category in Tamilnadu then you are OC, if you are born in any other state, general category then you are UR.
