As per your common rank list (CRL) of 26k, and your preferred state i.e. Odisha, you'd definitely get NIT Rourkela as per your rank in JEE Mains.
Following shall be the departments that you might get in the counseling
Metallurgical Engineering, Mining, Bio Tech, Industrial Design, Food Processing. Hope that helps
