Since you have passed the diploma in electronic communication in 2015, it's too late to apply for B. Tech in this session, because in most of the colleges the basic eligibility criteria of lateral entry in B. Tech includes a maximum time duration of 1 year between the year of completion of diploma and the admission year in 2nd year of B. Tech.
