If you have reached the revision stage for preparations of IIT then congratulations! You will score a really good rank. In order to increase your chances of scoring Really good rank, solve previous years question papers, sample papers and answer mock tests. Try answering MCQs on various reference books and see what you can solve and what you cannot. Also, time management is very important. See that you don't waste your time over one question. Try applying short cut methods to solve sums. Keeping in mind there is negative marking system, do not attempt the questions of which you are not sure of the answers.

For revision I suggest you to solve one practice paper daily first by yourself and check how much correct you can attempt after that review those question which you are unable to solve study concepts related to that  .

This will help you very much. Next thing join a weekend test series also to self evaluate yourself. It is very helpful.
