With 399 marks, Maharashtra domicile, and Open EWS category, a government MBBS seat is unlikely. However, you should participate in Maharashtra state counselling and AIQ. You may have better chances for BDS, BAMS, BHMS, or private MBBS, depending on the cutoff and seat availability.
