As per your rank which in itself is not so good, so definitely you won't be able to make it to the top and the best NITs through JEE mains score.
Also,.it will be a bit difficult for you to get admission in any of the NITs however you can try through home state quota.
Also, you can try for the other good institute which take intake through JEE mains score, so you can try for them too.
