Hello sir!
If your son has completed his twelfth from Punjab, then he is eligible for Bio Medical and Bio Technology branches. Chemical engineering can also be attained but it can't be said with surety.
If he has completed his twelfth from outside of Punjab, then unfortunately he is not eligible for any of the branches.
