Hi dear candidate,
The score of 28 is actually low for a college like Mahatma Gandhi Nursing College, the score range for admission in nursing course by RUHS exam is 70 to 80 for general category students and 45 to 55 for reserved category students.
Your admission in government or private colleges accepting RUHS score does not seem to be possible you should better try to look for colleges that offer direct admissions based on 12th class marks for nursing like NIMS University and Geetanjali University.
