Dear Mathi, for being eligible for IBPS a Candidate should be between 20-30 years. But there is a relaxation of 3 years for Candidates belonging to OBC Category. As of now, though you are 31 years because you belong to OBC Category, you can avail the age relaxation benefit and therefore be eligible for IBPS. In short, you are eligible for IBPS.

To be eligible for IBPS exam one needs to be minimum 20 years old and maximum 30 years old for general category students . But for obc candidates like you , there's relaxation of 3 years in upper age limit , so upper age limit for your category is 33 years and according to your date of birth you are 31 years old .
