Hello Team, I need an advice whether to opt for choice2 or choice3. Round1 and Round2 i got same college, if i select choice3 can i re-enter the same college with different priority?

The general advice for you from my side is that if you are interested and satisfied with your Institute alloted, then you can definitely go for further Rounds 2 and 3.
If you already known that you can't get any better Colleges based on your Locked choices, then you can surely withdraw from the general counselling process.
