Yes , you can get but before this you have to give entrance exams to get admission in different courses .Fu rther you have not mentioned about your course in which you have interest or which course you want to pursue for or  from which stream you were .That 's why I am unable to guide you that will you get government college or not .So first of all mention your course in which you want to go for your further studies so that i can guide you with the best so that you can get government college because your 12th marks only does not require to pursue for any course this is only eligibility criteria to give any entrance exam for any course .
