    It is still ok if you uploaded a photo according to the instructions. We should go by the official prospectus. That is the real source of information. Social networking sites cannot be considered as authentic. So if the prospectus says only photo, it is ok if you just uploaded the photo. It is then not mandatory to have name and date specified on the photo unless mentioned as mandatory.
