Hello,i belong to obc, i didn't upload obc certificate instead i wrote a declaration. Is there any problem with this?

the candidates don't have obc certificate the governing body offers to fill the declaration form if the candidate belongs to obc/sc/st. So, no problem with this. A declaration is ok until the examination is over. But when you will take admission obc certificate is mandatory otherwise you will not be able to take admission through obc quota you will be treated as a general category so if you want to get benefits to get your obc certificate ready before admission
