hello.i got 1250 as my aee rank. i was given cse amrita puri instead of coimbatore cse.but for some ones who obtained a rank higher than me

The only possibility that he got cse in Coimbatore campus is that he must have had the category certificate for any of the categories and the rank that he mentioned to you was the overall rank not category rank. As this seat allocation process is governed properly and there are minimal chances of such discrepancies.
