With this score I am sorry to say that it will be difficult to get into a medical. college this year in government colleges. Most of the colleges require minimum 400 marks to even get a chance to get a seat through the AIQ quota.
Below I have shared the links Where you can get an idea of the previous year cutoffs:

Hello Aspirant,
Since you have not mentioned your home state so considering it as Maharashtra according to your profile.
So on such marks and category you have no chances of getting any medical college for MBBS under state quota of Maharashtra according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that last year the lowest cut-off marks was 255 for Vedantaa Institute of Medical Science Vedantaa Hospital and Research Center, Palghar under state quota for ST category.
But yes you can try for direct admission provided that you must have appeared in NEET Counselling and unable to secure any seat through it.
You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-
https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-maharashtr a
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use NEET College Predictor:-

I hope this information helps you.
