Hello,i got 8161,BC.B.iam alloted in aurora for fst phase.i joined to tht clg.but it was very far from my home.can i go to second phase..

As per the official if you are allotted the college in first round of counselling then you will not be eligible to apply for the next round of counselling. You can check the further information with the given below link.
