In accordance to your rank and last year NEET Counselling results, it will be hard to you to get a MD Forensic Medicine seat in government college. The chances of getting in a good college is more less, like if you take in consideration top medical colleges in country.
However, based on your state rank you might get a govt college. As I am not aware of your state and rank it’s not possible to predict.
Job opportunity- All doctors irrespective of fields are paid the same salary in government colleges. If you are good, you may apply as forensic experts for agencies like NIA, CBI etc. Scope is good in any branch of medicine in India due to huge vacancy in both private and govt. sectors.
