hello....what if i dont have a ews cerficate of the mentioned year but of the last year and now i have to submit the documents for councilling process....???

Please tell us which examination you re talking about, kindly tell us in the comment section or new question that which examination you are talking about so that we can help you accurately.

But if we talk in general the i am extremely sorry to say that they will not consider your certificate if it has lost its validity according to the mentioned year.

You will be considered as general candidate in that unfortunate situation. But i strongly recommend you to apply for new EWS certificate if you time left in counseling process. Contact your nearby officials and explain them the situation so that they can prepare it quickly for you.
