In order to prepare for SSB Interview you hould be aware of your strength and weakness. So, you can prepare accordingly. You should be aware of the current happenings around the world. You need to time your writing and your responses. There are ample of PPT’s for the psychological tests, you can just start by downloading them and practicing. Take random words and write your reaction on that. Take a random picture and build a story around that. Think about real life situations and give your reactions on them. This is a live way of practicing for the psych tests.

You need to prepare atleast two lectures every day, just pick random topics, read about them in afternoon, then in evening prepare for 3 minutes and speak for three minutes. Stand in front of the mirror, in erect position, do not move too much.

Start with GA: You have start working on your General Awareness. Start reading the newspaper, make notes regarding important points. Collect information on probable topics of GD and lecturette.

Self-Awareness: Write down everything you need to know about yourself and your near ones. This includes your positives, negatives, achievements. Basically an introspection of your personality. Your hobbies, interests and information related to that.

Read about the Forces: Gather basic and important information related to the Armed Force you have applied for. This will include information like commands, Chief of staff, recent procurements and ranks etc.
