helo sir,iam attended by mat exam in 2017 but I have 48% in graduation how to join the b schools

There are many B-schools which do not have 50% graduation marks cutoff as eligibility criterion. If you have a good score in MAT, you can apply for any of the B-schools based on their cutoff marks.
