In order to prepare for VIT make sure your concepts are clear you can take help of NCERT books to make your fundamentals strong.

You should be aware of the exam pattern and syllabus of the exam.

You can prepare your time table which will help you to complete your syllabus on time and you can get proper time for revision.

You should be aware of your weak points. So, that you can work upon them.

Focus on the topics which carries more weightage in the exam. Refer previous year papers to understand the exam patterna and level of questions.
