National Testing Agency (NTA) has not yet announced the exact cutoff percentile to be eligible to give JEE Advance. It will be announced after JEE Mains is again conducted in April 2019.
It is predicted that students with above 85 percentile will be eligible to give JEE Advance but for precise cutoff you have to wait for officials to announce it.
