You should try it downloading on google chrome on mobile phone otherwise download it on a pc or laptop

no i was also experiencing the same but Google chrome worked fine
check ur details if they all are fine
I am confused if which email I'd I registered but I checked every email Id. What can I do now?
check the registeration form for details which u may have downloaded at the time of registeration if u r confused
