Hey i got 35266 air and sc rank 1093 in aiims can i apply for its counselling

Hello Sheetal!

If last year cutoff trends are considered then it seems impossible to get a seat in any of the AIIMS. Last year the SC cutoff(lowest) was if AIIMS PATNA and that was around AIR 1700.

You must focus on NEET counselling if you have appeared for it and got a decent score.
