If you have 60% aggregate in PCBE then you can write AIIMS.

To fulfill the AIIMS MBBS 2018 eligibility criteria, the candidate must have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English. The minimum aggregate of the marks General candidates need to have scored in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English in their Class 12 or HSC examination must be 60%.

The eligibility for appearing in AIEEE is that candidate must have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English in their 12th class  with  60% marks. So you are eligible if your overall marks in these four subjects are above 60%.
