Hey I got 56% percentile in my jee examination the caste I'm in is SC which means I just got qualified and can I get a seat in nit colleges for cse branch? is that possible?????

According to the percentile you have mentioned in the question your rank is expected to be in the range of 4-5.7 Lacs and on the basis of this rank and category you cannot get any of the NITs with any of the branch as per previous year's cut-offs but I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.

Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
