As your rank is a bit low so getting admission in any NIT or IIIT based on your jee mains 2018 rank is quite difficult.But still you can find a list of engineering colleges on careers360 near your State so that you can get admission there:

Yes obviously you will get admission over there that too in good colleges. In NITs, according to previous year cut-off ranks, chances are a bit less.
