It depends on your catagory. Normally for people belonging to general catagory, 250+ is considered to be a great score, which corresponds to rank below 3000. Scoring above 250 will help an as aspirant to secure a seat in top colleges. Your Percentile score is too low for NITs or SPAs.You need at least 98 percentile for admission in good college for B.Arch.Since seats is low in B.Arch colleges high score is needed for seat allocation.
For SPAs you need at least 99 percentile.
