Yes, you can definitely add mass media in your best of four marks while calculating the percentage for Delhi University admission. For the purpose of admission to B.A.(Hons.) Journalism (English/Hindi), Mass Media Studies shall be regarded equally to academic/elective subject. So, if you are going for admission in the above mentioned course, then you won't face deduction in marks for including mass media studies. And in case you are not going for the above mentioned course, then any subject other than those in List A and List B that a candidate puts ik the combination of best four will result in a 2.5percent deduction in the aggregate of best four. So, to put it simply if you add mass media studies for any other course than Journalism then you will face a deduction of 2.5 percent.

So, calculate your marks by adding mass media studies and deduct 2.5, then see what percentage you get.
