Secondly, since you haven't met JEEmains cutoff of 74 marks for general category, you unfortunately haven't qualified for JEE advanced and hence, not eligible for IIT.

You scored well but if you have cleared the exam then why not give advanced paper good and then think for jee mains counselling. Your 12th marks are good and so you can go for different colleges too.
