There are no scholarship examinations to access your eligibility but there will be very stringent assessment procedures to follow in order to get a scholarship.  Since you have not specified if you know any other native language we are using the example of United Kingdom.

After your MBBS you need to do:  The Professional and Linguistic Assessments Board test, known as the PLAB test, helps to make sure doctors who qualified abroad have the right knowledge and skills to practice medicine in the UK. https://www.gmc-uk.org/

You need to do: Test Of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) and get a consistent score of 7.5.

Your academic performance from school to MBBS Degree.

Recommendation letters, that talks about your passion for medicine and health care, communication skills, community service, reliability, integrity  etc
