Dual DegreeCourse means that at the end of 5 years you will get bothB.Tech and M.Techdegree whereas inIntegratedM.Tech, at the end of 5 years you will get onlyM.Techdegree.

It depends upon university to university.
In some university such as SRM ,AMITY you have to submit different forms for integrated courses and individual courses while in some university this is asked at the time of counseling.
Both course have their advantage and disadvantages
One of the biggest advantage of integrated course is your one year is saved and during both course of undergraduate and post graduate your environment not gone to be changed.

It's called sandwich course which comprises both UG and PG degree in engineering.
