Hello Madavi, The choice filling will start from 27th May and will end on June 5, You need to finish up your choice filling because then you won't be able to fill up your choices. The first rounds result will be announced on June 8. You need to apply online when the window opens on 27th May and below is the link to apply online:

Yes, you would be able to fill the form from 27th. you need to pay the fees after you are allotted a final seat. not before the allotments.

You are obviously eligible. The age limit for admission is 25 years. You should be born on or after 1.7.1993 for applying for admission. I think your problem is you must be filling the date wrong than what you must have filled earlier while form filling.
