I only want NIT ROUKELA MNIT ALLAHABAD MNIT JAIPUR..I am from UP may be home state quota will be applicable to MNIT ALLAHABD

Well see, even after application of state quota you might not be able to get a seat in MNNIT Allahabad. Because your rank is 32000 which is quite high. Usually the lowest rank Falls around 26000 to 28000 for home state quota.
