No there is no such portal for NON-IIM colleges/institutions. There are many colleges that offer MBA programs other than the IIMs. You need to select a number of institutes you want to pursue your MBA from and then according to their eligibility and academic requirements for the course you need to prepare for CAT/MAT/any other entrance examinations for MBA. Once you are done with your entrance exams and have got your results, you need to start applying into different colleges.
