Hi, For a All India Rank of 22227 and OBC rank of 5096; can I expect a seat in any of the IIT colleges (any branch) ? What about NIT's ?

As per your rank, you won't get admission in IIT. Although you may get NIT in Biotechnology, Chemical, Instrumentation, or Mechanical. But CSE and ECE have high cut off rank.
