Hi, for me the total number of choices shown is only 143. Out of which 1 seat from Tamilnadu, 4 from Karnataka.. rest in UP, Manipur,reason?

MCC has issued a notice regarding the change in the number of seats available in postgraduate courses in various medical colleges. The seats which have been reduced and changed will be implemented with immediate effect before the commencement of round one of the counselling. Earlier, the seat matrix for the round one, displaying the total number of seats available in NEET PG 2019 counselling has been released. A separate seat matrix of 50% All India Quota, Deemed and Central Universities has been released by DGHS. The seat matrix will display the category-wise seats available in each specialisation offered by a respective college.
